This session from earlier this year was a lot of fun for a couple of reasons. First, from my pre-session consultation, I learned that baby's nursery was Winnie the Pooh themed and that the family had a collection of vintage stuffed animals that we could incorporate into our session. Mom also requested natural colors (greens and tans). These colors were perfect to create a set of props inspired by the Hundred Acre Wood.
Mostly it was fun because this Momma had an amazing sense of humor (lots of fun with her and her mom during the session) and she had a very specific request. She was hoping that I could capture some hilarity at our session (you know, silly newborn faces and expressions). No outtake would be left out. I was a little nervous...what if baby didn't give me anything funny to work with. My fears were allayed. We got yawns, furrowed brows, grumpy faces and more...all hilariously cute!
Welcome to the Hundred Acre Wood.
