Charlotte Maternity Photographer / Stunning Maternity Session in Lake Norman

This maternity session was one of my most favorite sessions from the fall.  First, it was for one of my favorite families who I met two years prior when we did maternity photos for their first baby.  Since then, it is been my pleasure to catch up with them each year for milestone photos.  They are such a sweet and adorable crew.  I mean seriously, they define the word "photogenic".   For this session, we chose two separate locations near Lake Norman.  The first was chosen for it's beautiful canopy of trees that look gorgeous in the fall and the second for the water.  Yes folks, we did a water shoot in October!  The water in Lake Norman was actually still pleasant though the air was pretty cool when we stepped out of the lake and the puddles were absolutely freezing.  Luckily, we didn't need to pose in the puddles.  Here are my favorite's from this Cornelius family's maternity session in and around Lake Norman.
